About Me

I’m an epidemiologist with a focus on public engagement, implementation, and mixed methods. My research mainly revolves around menstrual health (from menarche to menopause), adolescent health, and sexual and reproductive health (SRH).

Right now, I’m a postdoctoral research fellow with the Reckitt Global Hygiene Institute, where I’m working on creating a menstrual health toolkit to improve health-seeking behaviors and menstrual health-related healthcare for women of all ages in Zimbabwe. I also work with marginalized groups, like older adults and people with disabilities. My PhD research, done at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, focused on menstrual health and adolescent sexual and reproductive health.

I’m really passionate about women’s reproductive health and have a strong understanding of how public health intersects with the experiences of women and children, especially in developing countries. I also hold an MSc in Global Health and Development from UCL and a BA (Honors) in Public Health and Women’s & Gender Studies.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, and I love hitting the gym, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and baking up a storm in the kitchen!
